Implementation
Warepak Corporation has carefully designed a Project Managers Implementation Start Up Guide. This guide has been developed on the knowledge gained from the installation history of Warepak/400. Your company will be assigned a Warepak Implementation Manager as your partner in the project. Our experience, combined with the tools provided in the Implementation Start Up Guide, and User Documentation, are intended to ensure that your company will experience a successful installation. Warepak personnel are experienced in installing and supporting Warepak/400 and will be your primary informational resource during the installation of the Warepak/400 system.

Your Warepak Implementation Manager will help your company define a project charter which will include the scope of the project, resources required, timetables, budgets and other criteria for success.

Project teams differ considerably in size and makeup from company to company. In small installations, a single person may have complete responsibility for all facets of the implementation. In others, some people will fill multiple roles in the implementation project. Your Warepak Implementation Manager will help in determining the number and types of resources which will be required for your particular implementation.

Your Warepak Implementation Manager will guide your company through a four- step implementation process. The Definition Phase begins the process. We will work with your company to develop a Work Accountability Structure Chart. This will serve as a roadmap through your implementation. This chart will highlight each major point along the implementation, indicating task, phase and responsibility. From this foundation you will progress to the Preparation Phase, Installation Phase, and finally the Activation Phase.

Warepak personnel will provide the necessary training, acceptance testing, and support all the way through the final Activation Phase.

Support
Warepak Corporation maintains a 24 hour Customer Service Technology Department which is ready to respond and assist you with any support issues that may arise.

Although Warepak/400 is rich in standard functionality, we also recognize that no warehouse management system is immune to special change requests. The Customer Service Technology Department can develop customized modifications to meet the needs of your unique business environment.

Warranty
Warepak Corporation represents and warrants for a period of 90 days that it will make its best efforts to ensure the system operates substantially in accordance with the applicable Documentation; provided that the system is installed, implemented and operated in accordance with all instructions supplied by Warepak Corporation. Any corrections shall be as fully warranted as the original work through expiration of the original Warranty Period.
