The RF Work Manager interfaces with all modules of the WAREPAK/400 system. The usage of RF can be phased into a facility's operation at a controlled pace. The automated RF Work Manager module offers real-time communications and task interleaved labor management. Interleaving multiple tasks creates maximum labor productivity through reduced travel time and task prioritization. The Work Manager enables office staff to plan labor work loads. The system sequentially assigns each task by order of priority. From the Work Manager every task that is currently being performed is displayed with a percentage of completion and an elapsed time. Other items displayed are the warehouse, door, order\ticket number, type of task, vehicle ID/No., ship date and time and order status. All other major modules (Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, Staging, Log Book) can be accessed from the Work Manager to allow easy user flow throughout the system. The warehouse door management system can also be accessed from the Work Manager. This system automates the management of loading locations by listing current and future activity. The door management file lists the warehouse, door, order number and type, vehicle ID\No., percentage complete, and a series of trailer and door informational flags. These trailer flags assist in notifying traffic operations when a trailer is empty or needs to be placed or pulled from a door. The door flags identify what doors are open and active (available for use). For future reference, a history file is maintained of every order that was assigned a door. | About Warepak Corporation
